  • What type of images do you accept?

    Jpeg. Take the picture on the finest setting (highest resolution) for the best results.

  • How should I name my jpeg file(s) that I am uploading?

    Name the file with the players first and last name followed by .jpg (ex. bob_smith.jpg)

     

     

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards. If you have any questions with the ordering process on the website please see contact page and send us an E-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

     

  • How do you receive my photos?

    You will upload photos (jpegs) during the checkout process. You may upload more than one photo if you are ordering for different players.

  • What if my picture doesn’t fit right in the template space?

    The larger the photo the more space we have to work with. Pictures that are very far away may not work as well. We will do the best job possible to make your product look as good as it can. If there is a concern with the photo we will E-mail you and let you know.

  • What is you’re turnaround time?

    Depending on our workload the turnaround time is between 7 - 12 business days.

  • What If there is a mistake with my order?

    Please see contact page and send us an E-mail, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

  • What If my order is damaged in the mail?

    Please see contact page and send us an E-mail. Explain the damage and we will ship you new products as soon as possible.

  • Do I have to crop my images?

    Please do not crop you’re images as we may need to use the extra space in the background while laying out you’re product.

  • How do I know if you received my order or shipped it?

    You will receive a confirmation E-mail when your order is processed and another E-mail when it is shipped.

     

  • What if I don't have a jersey number etc. and my sport doesn't pertain to the player order form questions ?

    Any field that is not applicable to your sport, please add N/A in the field and move to the next question.

  • What image sizes do you accept when sending files?

    For digital camera images: Use the highest resolution (or “best”) setting on your camera. Download the image to your computer and save as a .jpg. For scanned images: scan your images at 300 dpi. Please note that our equipment is Macintosh based. Please save the file accordingly if needed. If we feel that your picture is not large enough and will not work in our templates we will E-mail you and let you know.
